ISG Management (ISGM), provider of integrated workforce management solutions, has been recognised as one of Australia’s fastest growing companies.
ISGM was awarded 9th place in the 2014 BRW Fast 100 list, which ranks Australia’s fastest growing companies based on their rapid growth and financial performance. Since forming in 2010, ISGM has enjoyed a stunning 154 per cent average revenue growth rate.
According to BRW, the quality of the 2014 BRW Fast 100 list was as high as ever, as businesses and entrepreneurs from all of Australia’s major vertical industries presented the solid business practices required to deliver growth. Companies and entrepreneurs on this year’s BRW Fast 100 list have increased their revenue and continue to grow and outperform their competitors.
ISGM CEO Liz Butcher was delighted by the acknowledgement and said it reinforced the strength of ISGM’s model, which offers clients a seamless end-to-end workforce management solution.
“ISGM is changing the way companies manage their workforce. ISGM combines the strategic capabilities of management consultancy with change and transition management and day to day management of the workforce. This combination of skills and capabilities is unique in Australia. Our relationship with our clients is based on partnership, not procurement. We work together to achieve improvements in cost, productivity and customer outcomes.”
“ISGM has grown from a start up in 2010 to the largest provider of integrated workforce management services to the telecommunications industry in Australia. We see significant future growth in diversifying our model into other industries”.
“Making the 2014 BRW Fast 100 list is a fantastic recognition for everyone involved with ISGM – from our clients to our dedicated team behind the day-to-day operations, and the subcontracting companies who provide services to us.”
“This is another exciting milestone in ISGM’s history and we look forward to future growth,” Ms Butcher said.
